I was born and raised in Georgia, where I learned the value of faith, family, hard work, and caring for others. Those roots continue to shape the way I serve my clients today.
I hold a PhD in Natural Medicine and am a licensed nurse, with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Liberty University. My background allows me to blend clinical experience, behavioral health insight, and holistic wellness principles to support the whole person, not just symptoms.
Throughout my career, I have seen how confusing and overwhelming health care can feel. Lab results are handed to you with little explanation. Symptoms are brushed aside. You are told everything looks fine, yet you know something feels off. My passion is helping you understand what your body is communicating. I take time to walk through lab work with clarity, educate you on patterns within the body, and empower you to make confident, informed decisions about your health.
I work with individuals navigating chronic conditions, stress-related concerns, hormonal transitions, metabolic shifts, and the natural changes that come with aging. Together, we focus on lifestyle, nutrition, emotional well-being, nervous system balance, and natural health education in a way that feels practical and sustainable.
I believe true wellness begins with understanding. When the mind and body are supported together, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible. My approach is compassionate, educational, and evidence-informed, with a strong focus on prevention, resilience, and long-term vitality.
It is an honor to walk alongside you as you reclaim clarity, confidence, and strength in your health journey.

At Natural Wellness & Integrative Health Institute, nutrition support is focused on education, guidance, and practical lifestyle habits to help individuals make healthier food choices with confidence.
I help clients understand how food impacts overall well-being, energy levels, blood sugar balance, inflammation, mood, and long-term health. Rather than prescribing diets or treating medical conditions, I provide clear, realistic nutrition education that supports everyday life.
Nutrition education may include:
Clients are supported in setting achievable nutrition goals that align with their preferences, culture, and lifestyle. Education is practical, flexible, and designed to reduce confusion and overwhelm around food choices.

Medical lab reports can feel overwhelming and confusing, especially when results are outside the normal range or filled with unfamiliar terminology. I provide education to help clients better understand laboratory results that have already been ordered and reviewed by their licensed healthcare provider.
From an educational perspective, I help explain common labs related to blood sugar, inflammation, cholesterol, nutrient levels, thyroid markers, immune function, and overall metabolic health. I focus on helping clients understand what different markers generally represent, how trends over time may provide insight, and how lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, and hydration can influence overall wellness.

Emotional well-being is deeply connected to physical health. I offer structured, forward-focused coaching to support life transitions, recovery goals, stress management, and grief.
These sessions provide clarity, accountability, and practical tools to help you move through challenges with resilience and confidence.
Coaching may be scheduled independently or integrated into your wellness program when emotional and physical health intersect.
