Whether you're experiencing cold and flu symptoms, think you may have strep throat, need rapid testing, or require IV hydration, our team is here to help you feel better as quickly as possible.

We offer same-day evaluation for many common illnesses and minor medical concerns. Common concerns include:
Comprehensive Nursing Assessment
Your visit begins with a personalized assessment performed by Dr. Chelsea Stanfield, Wellness Practitioner. Your assessment may include:
- Medical history
- Vital signs
- Symptom evaluation
- Rapid testing when appropriate
- Review of current medications
Physician Evaluation
You'll meet with Dr. Samuel Elias-Ausi, MD through a secure telehealth appointment. Your physician visit may include:
- Review of assessment findings
- Review of rapid test results
- Medical evaluation
- Treatment recommendations
- Prescriptions when appropriate
- Follow-up recommendations
IV Hydration Therapy
Rehydrate. Recover. Feel Better.
When you're sick, dehydrated, or recovering, your body often can't absorb fluids and nutrients fast enough through drinking alone. IV hydration delivers fluids, electrolytes, and supportive nutrients directly into your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system entirely, so relief comes faster and more effectively.
Our nursing team will assess your condition during your visit. If IV hydration is clinically appropriate, it will be recommended as part of your care plan. Common reasons IV therapy may be advised include:
- Dehydration
- Heat exhaustion
- Flu-like illness
- Vomiting or diarrhea
- Migraine symptoms
- Travel recovery
- Fatigue related to dehydration
IV hydration is not automatically included in every visit. It is recommended only when clinically indicated based on your assessment findings and, when appropriate, in collaboration with our physician.

Includes:
- Comprehensive nursing assessment
- Physician telehealth consultation when medically appropriate
- IV Hydration Therapy when recommended — additional $125
Self-Pay Only — Insurance Not Accepted
Payment is due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance.
Rapid testing is available for $25 per test when indicated. Laboratory testing, prescription medications, imaging, and other medical services are billed separately when applicable.
