As part of our integrative approach, all Vitality Reset programs include a 60-minute private personal training session. If you are outside the villages, this session will be virtual.

Jonathan Walker brings more than two decades of experience in fitness, training, and human performance to his work with clients. He is an USAF veteran with 24 years of military service, where he served as a Master Military Training Instructor, developing disciplined, effective, and safe training programs for individuals at all levels of ability.
Jonathan has over 20 years of personal training experience. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, providing a strong academic foundation in movement, strength, and physical health.
His approach to training is supportive, encouraging, and highly individualized. Jonathan is deeply passionate about helping people understand what their bodies can safely do, building confidence in movement, and creating strength that supports daily life. He specializes in functional strength, muscle preservation, joint health, posture, and mobility, particularly for individuals navigating aging, fatigue, hormonal changes, or recovery.
