As part of our integrative approach, all Vitality Reset programs include a 60-minute private personal training session. If you are outside the villages, this session will be virtual.
Laura partners with clients to turn their wellness plan into personalized movement strategies that enhance strength, support bone health, improve mobility, encourage metabolic wellness, and promote long-term vitality.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to build confidence in movement while supporting flexibility, balance, endurance, and functional strength at every stage of health and aging. Her approach emphasizes safe, intentional exercise tailored to each client’s body, wellness goals, and current energy level, creating sustainable progress without overwhelm or excessive strain.

Laura Guy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, founder of Women’s Weightlifting: The Villages, and a lifelong fitness enthusiast. A self-professed “class queen” turned strength-training advocate, Laura discovered her passion for lifting after competing in her first bodybuilding competition in 2014.
Laura earned her B.A. from Stanford University and her J.D. from the University of Southern California, and now specializes in helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience through smart, empowering training. Her motto: “If health is your wealth, then poor health is poverty.” If you’re ready to make some of that “new money,” Laura is ready to train with you.
